Our trademark Banwell Clinic non-surgical facelift involves needleless biodynamic  facial with Profhilo followed by HIFU followed by Silhouette Soft threadlifts for patients in Sussex, Kent, Sureey and London. In addition, 3-D dermal fillers or fat injections can also be used to enhance the contour of both lips and other  areas of the face requiring volumisation or refined contouring. These procedures all have their own indications and risk profiles that you should speak with Mr Banwell about.

There are both general and specific risks to the treatment and Mr Banwell will talk to you in detail regarding these. General risks include bruising and swelling, bleeding, wound infection, abnormal scarring and keloid scarring. Specific risks include haematoma (collection of blood under the skin), excessive scar formation, wrinkling, dimpling, ruckling, palpability of cones, visibility of cones, asymmetry, numbness, loss of movement to the facial muscles of expression and disappointment with the extent of improvement in both the contour of the face and neck – often this is dependent upon the number of threads used.

Whilst threadlifts may contribute to you looking younger, your face will continue to age at a rate that it otherwise would have; further treatments on a regular basis are therefore required including th epossiblity of surgical intervention.

Clinic fees are usually charged according to how many threads are used although for pan facial threadlifting with Silhouette Soft special packages are available.
