Whilst the core principles of the Practice will remain strong, our ability to pivot and introduce changes is one of our strengths. We thrive on feedback and rest assured we endeavour to do our very best for all of our patients.

After 10 years of excellence it became clear that we needed to expand our offering to cope with the demand for our services and with the significant increase in new patient enquiries into the Practice together with ongoing loyalty from our existing patients, we needed to make some changes.

The first change was to embody our ethos in a new name for the clinic. We thought long and hard about this but fundamental was our desire to maintain the quality of care and technical expertise within the Practice.
Finding quality surgeons and clinic staff is no mean feat but we wanted to acknowledge this. PANTHEONS therefore derives from the ancient Greek and the modern interpretation of this is a ‘group of experts at the pinnacle of their chosen field’. We now have an expanding collective of like-minded surgeons and clinic staff who share the same ethos and desire for excellence. Mr Banwell continues to drive this by leading from the front and he is confident that the future is bright with the amazing team that is being assembled.
‘Adopt, adapt and improve’ was a saying that Mr Banwell’s father taught him when younger and he continues to live by this mantra. Paul is keen to share his knowledge and experience with other surgeons and patients in the UK and abroad and he is on a mission to help expand PANTHEONS by building a team of amazing surgeons providing exclusive, luxury and transformative procedures.
As many of you are aware, Mr Banwell is a global innovator and thought leader in the industry and his clinical and research expertise spans many years.
Throughout his career he has been keen to embrace revolutionary new technologies to improve patient care and safety and as an early adopter his patients have benefitted enormously from this approach. We are delighted he was the first surgeon in the UK to perform the tissue preservation – Preservé – breast augmentation technique and one of the first three surgeons in the UK to be trained and perform the Mia Femtech breast harmonisation procedure. He is also a global ambassador for Adoreal patient software system which promotes patient centred aesthetics.
Dr Paul has also been pioneering the role of ultrasound in plastic surgical practice in the UK and PANTHEONS are one of the few expert clinics in the UK to be offering a breast implant surveillance service.
