Belkrya works using processes that already occur in the body, taking a synthetic formulation of deoxycholic acid to break down the fat cells.

Deoxycholic acid occurs in the body and is used naturally in the destruction of dietary fat, it is therefore a substance the body embraces, using it naturally in the fat-fighting process.
